**Description of Service**

Stamp Identifier: Stamps is an AI-powered stamp identification and valuation app. Using your device's camera or photo library, you can photograph any stamp and receive instant AI analysis including catalog identification, dating and age, market valuation, rarity significance, origin and provenance, physical characteristics, condition assessment, perforation gauge, watermark details, color variations, and error or variant detection. The app also provides an AI stamp expert chat feature where you can ask questions about authenticity, value, history, care and preservation, catalog numbers, overprints, and historical context. You can save identified stamps to a personal collection, organize by country, era, value, or custom categories, and review or share your findings at any time. Stamp Identifier: Stamps is available in 30+ languages.

**Use of Service**

**License**
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stamp Identifier: Stamps for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

**Acceptable Use**
You agree not to:
- Use Stamp Identifier: Stamps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app's content or code without written permission.

The AI-generated results should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional stamp appraisal, certified authentication, expert condition grading, official catalog attribution, or insurance or investment valuations. The app is a reference and educational tool — not a certified appraisal service.

**Accuracy Disclaimer**
While we strive to provide accurate and useful stamp identification and valuation information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated results. Stamp identification, market values, rarity assessments, and authenticity evaluations may contain errors or inaccuracies.

**Consult Professionals**
For official stamp appraisals, authentication certificates, insurance valuations, or high-value transactions, always consult a certified philatelic appraiser, professional stamp dealer, or recognized authentication service such as the Philatelic Foundation, American Philatelic Expertizing Service, or equivalent organizations.

**User Content**

**Your Photos and Data**
You retain all rights to the photos you take and the data you provide through Stamp Identifier: Stamps. By using the app, you grant us a limited, temporary permission to process your photos and text through our AI services solely for the purpose of delivering identification results and chat responses. This permission is limited to the processing time required and does not transfer ownership of your content.

**Storage**
All your stamp photos, identification results, chat history, and collection data are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Stamp Identifier: Stamps does not store your personal content on external servers.

**Intellectual Property**

**App Ownership**
Stamp Identifier: Stamps, including its design, features, code, AI models, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

**Third-Party Services**

Stamp Identifier: Stamps uses third-party AI services to process stamp images and generate identification results and chat responses. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.

**Payments and Subscriptions**

**In-App Purchases**
Stamp Identifier: Stamps may offer subscription plans and in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings.

**Refunds**
Refund requests for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled according to Apple's refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

**Price Changes**
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the change. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

**Limitation of Liability**

Stamp Identifier: Stamps is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

**Limitation of Damages**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stamp Identifier: Stamps and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from reliance on AI-generated valuations or authenticity assessments, loss of data, or interruption of service.

**Maximum Liability**
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Stamp Identifier: Stamps shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app or its subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

**Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stamp Identifier: Stamps, its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

**Termination**

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Stamp Identifier: Stamps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the app and delete it from your device at any time. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until you choose to delete it.
