Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer is built around a simple principle: your data belongs to you. All of your timer sessions, focus history, activity statistics, and personal settings are stored locally on your device and, if you choose, backed up to your personal iCloud account. We do not run user accounts, we do not maintain a central database of your activity, and we do not collect or sell your personal data. Your focus history never leaves your control.

**Information We Process**

Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer is a focus timer, multi-timer, stopwatch, and activity-tracking app. The information it works with is limited to what is required to run those features on your device.

*Timer Sessions and Activity Data*
When you start a focus session, stopwatch, countdown, or pomodoro timer, Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer records the session length, start time, end time, and completion status so it can display your timer correctly and calculate your stats. This data is stored on your device.

*Statistics and History*
Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer generates daily, weekly, and monthly activity stats from your session data, including focus streaks, total deep work hours, average session length, and session history. These statistics are computed on your device from data that already lives on your device.

*Custom Labels and Session Names*
If you label sessions or tag them with a task name, that text is stored on your device alongside the related session record.

*App Preferences and Settings*
Your preferred session lengths, break intervals, sound choices, theme, language preference, and other settings are stored locally so the app behaves the way you want.

*No Camera, Photos, or Face Data*
Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer does not access your camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, location, or health data. The app does not collect, process, or store any facial recognition or biometric data. No images of any kind are submitted, transmitted, or analyzed by the app. Because the app does not handle images, no face data is ever captured, extracted, or used for any purpose.

**How We Use Your Information**

*To Provide Our Services*
Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer uses your session and activity data solely to run the timers you start, display your live countdown, calculate your stats, build your history view, and surface your streaks and focus reports. All of this processing happens on your device.

*Anonymous Usage Data*
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that help us understand which features are used and where the app crashes — for example, anonymous event counts and crash reports. This data is not tied to your identity and cannot be used to identify you.

**Data Storage**

All of your personal session data, statistics, history, labels, and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled in your device settings, Apple may include Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer's data in your encrypted iCloud backup, which is controlled by your Apple ID and not by us.

**Third-Party Services**

*Analytics*
Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer may use a privacy-respecting analytics service that processes anonymous usage data only. No personal information, session content, or identifiable activity is shared with any analytics provider.

*No AI Processing of Personal Content*
Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer does not send your session data, history, labels, or stats to any third-party AI service. Your focus data is processed only on your device.

**Your Data Control**

*Complete Control*
You can clear your session history, reset your statistics, or delete the app at any time. Deleting the app removes the local data stored by Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer from your device.

*iCloud Sync*
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer data may sync across your Apple devices and be included in your iCloud backups. You can disable iCloud backup for Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer at any time in your device's Settings under iCloud, which will stop the app's data from being backed up to iCloud.

*Data Portability*
Where the app offers an export or share feature for your stats or session history, you can share that information from your device to any destination you choose. Your data is yours to take with you.

**Data Security**

Because your Pomodoro Timer: PomoTimer data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud account, the security of that data depends on the security of your device and Apple ID. We strongly recommend using a device passcode or biometric lock, enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID, and using a strong, unique password for your iCloud account.
